As well as needing help with the administration and organisation to prepare for the event we need extra help on Trevithick-Day itself with jobs such as selling programmes, and marshalling exhibitors, stall holders and the two dances.
- Children's Dance - the dance is taught to local schools, who are encouraged to participate. There is a limit to the number of children that can be allowed to dance.
- Adult Dance - open to people who live or work in Camborne, please contact us if you would like to go on the waiting list for places.
- Entertainers - please write to the box number with details of your act, fee, publicity material, contact address etc.
- Steam Engine Owners - please write to the box number with details of your engine and a contact address. Space is limited and you will be expected to have all the necessary certificates.
- Veteran & Vintage Vehicle Owners - please write to the box number with details of your vehicle and a contact address or contact Elaine Leigh direct on 01209 713796 for an application form. Space is limited.
- Stationary Engines - please write to the box number with details of your engine and a contact address. Space is limited.
- Modellers - please write to the box number with details of your model and a contact address. Space in the Exhibition Halls is limited, so there is a waiting list in operation.
- Stalls - please write to the box number for an application form (which are usually sent out during March), enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope
When making any enquiries to Box No.48, Camborne, TR14 8YR , a stamped self addressed envelope for your reply is always appreciated. Trevithick-Day is a non-profit making venture, and the committee are unpaid volunteers.
